Ipsotek, a video analytics company owned by Eviden, says it is aligning its computer vision capabilities with Dell Technologies’ AI Factory initiatives, which aim to help organisations deploy artificial intelligence at scale.
Dell introduced its Dell AI Factory initiatives in May, describing a modular approach combining infrastructure, services and ecosystem technologies intended to move enterprise AI projects from early concepts into validated deployments. Ipsotek said it is among the technology providers referenced within that broader ecosystem.
Ipsotek’s offering focuses on generating real-time insights from video data across distributed environments. The company said its tools are used across sectors including transport, smart cities, retail and critical infrastructure.
The announcement also points to Ipsotek’s ongoing work in vision-language models and generative AI, which it says is intended to simplify deployment and improve usability for organisations seeking to expand the use of video analytics.
“The Dell AI Factory reflect the growing importance of scalable, outcomes-driven AI deployment,” said Dr. Boghos Boghossian, CEO & CTO at Ipsotek. “We are encouraged to be included and validated as part of the broader ecosystem and are excited about the opportunities ahead to support real-world AI implementations.”
Dell’s AI Factory initiatives were announced at Dell Technologies World. Dell has positioned the program as a way for organisations to close the gap between “AI ambition and AI outcomes” by standardising the infrastructure and partner technologies used to operationalise AI.
