Constellis has appointed Jason Rahimitabar as Executive Vice President of LEXSO (Layered Extended Security Operations), tasking him with accelerating the development and deployment of the company’s AI-enabled integrated security platform.

Rahimitabar will report directly to the Constellis Chief Executive Officer and will oversee product development, strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy for the LEXSO platform, which combines software, managed services and integrated security systems into a unified architecture.

Constellis said the move reflects its focus on expanding technology-driven security capabilities as organisations increasingly seek data-driven approaches to threat detection, response and risk management.

Michael Lundin, Lead Director of the Constellis Board, said the appointment strengthens the company’s ability to integrate artificial intelligence, analytics and sensor technologies into operational security environments.

“Intelligent data and adaptive technology define the future of security, and LEXSO is central to that evolution,” Lundin said.

“Jason brings a rare combination of strategic insight, technical fluency, and proven execution that will accelerate how we integrate AI, advanced analytics, and multi-sensor technologies into a faster, smarter, and more responsive security architecture.”

Rahimitabar brings more than 15 years of experience across defence, technology and government sectors. Prior to joining Constellis, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Growth Operations for C3 AI’s federal business, where he led technical and presales teams delivering enterprise AI solutions to government customers.

He previously held senior leadership roles at CAE USA, where he served as Vice President of Strategy, Performance and Washington Operations, overseeing technology roadmapping, performance analytics and enterprise growth initiatives.

Rahimitabar said the LEXSO platform is designed to integrate advanced technologies with operational security environments to improve situational awareness and response.
“Constellis is aligning innovation with mission in a way that elevates how organizations sense, decide, and respond,” he said.

“LEXSO is designed to fuse sensors, AI, and decision engines into a unified framework to accelerate response times, strengthen resilience, and enhance the connection between technology and operations.”

Constellis said the platform is intended to support security and risk management operations across both government and commercial markets, with a focus on integrating multi-sensor data, artificial intelligence and operational decision tools into a single security architecture.
