icetana AI has received a further order for Antara Core, its on-premise AI software for surveillance networks, through strategic partner Millennium Services Group Pty Ltd in a contract valued at $675,000 over five years.
The company said the end customer is one of Australia’s largest retail property groups. The software is to be billed as software-as-a-service over an initial 60-month term.
icetana AI said the deal is its third commercial sale of Antara Core in three months. The product runs generative AI on a customer’s own infrastructure, which the company says is intended to keep sensitive video and operational data within the customer’s controlled environment.
Millennium, supported by AI, robotics and data-led technologies, is acting as channel partner for the deployment, according to icetana AI. The company said this approach is intended to extend reach into enterprise customers that its direct sales efforts have not yet targeted.
SoftBank Robotics, described by icetana AI as a strategic partner and significant shareholder, holds a majority stake in Millennium.
icetana AI said Antara Core includes hazard detection developed with input from Millennium’s frontline operations teams, with use cases including spills and trip hazards. The company said the platform also supports detection of aggression and weapons.
Chief Executive Officer Kevin Brown said: “Three Antara Core sales in three months tells us we’ve read the market right. Security teams want to bring the AI to the video, not send the video to the AI. Antara Core runs generative AI on the customer’s own infrastructure, so no footage ever leaves the site, and a security control room gets that capability on the servers it already owns.
“This order also shows what the Millennium and SoftBank Robotics relationship does for us at home. Millennium’s footprint puts us inside major Australian facilities that would otherwise take years to reach.”
