CyberPower Systems has expanded its Power Distribution Units (PDUs) range in Australia, adding four rack-mount models aimed at organisations seeking higher-density power distribution in data centres, comms rooms and edge deployments.
The new models — PDU41004, PDU41005, PDU44004 and PDU44005 — are positioned for IT managers, systems integrators, managed service providers and data centre operators, and are designed to integrate alongside the company’s uninterruptible power supply (UPS) infrastructure.
CyberPower said the additions are intended to address the practical challenges of delivering reliable power as racks become more densely populated and as edge computing expands, where space efficiency and reduced complexity are priorities.
CyberPower Systems Oceania GM ANZ Robert Hartvigsen said, “Our new PDU models deliver dependable, consistent rack power that just works. They are engineered for simplicity, reliability and seamless integration with UPS systems, giving IT teams confidence in their rack infrastructure.”
The company said the models feature a rack-mountable design, multiple IEC output sockets, metal housing, and single-phase power distribution. CyberPower also highlighted higher-capacity 32-amp variants intended for environments requiring increased load capacity across wider deployments.
The new PDUs are available through authorised CyberPower distributors and resellers, according to the company.
