Milestone Systems Appoints New South Pacific Distribution Manager

Milestone Systems has announced an ambitious new chapter of growth in the South Pacific region, unveiling plans to expand its partner ecosystem and strengthen distribution capabilities. As part of this strategy, Milestone has promoted Matt Veenstra to the role of distribution channel manager, South Pacific, to lead partner engagement and growth initiatives across the region.

Veenstra’s appointment signals Milestone’s sharpened focus on deepening relationships with existing partners while welcoming new ones, particularly systems integrators. With an inclusive approach, Milestone is open to collaborating with a broad range of partners, regardless of their technical specialities.

A seasoned sales and business development professional, Veenstra brings extensive experience in expanding customer bases and driving revenue growth through a customer-first approach. Known for his ability to build lasting client relationships, he has held diverse roles spanning business development, account management and marketing, all of which equip him to deliver meaningful results for Milestone’s channel ecosystem.

To support this new phase of expansion, Milestone has also refreshed its partner program in the region. The program now offers more accessible benefits and introduces a renewed focus on certifications, with greater rewards linked to the number and level of certifications partners achieve.

The move to reinvigorate Milestone’s channel operations comes on the back of a recent announcement that the company has moved more operational control back to the South Pacific region, in order to speed up processes for customers and maximise local resources.
