HID Launches Cloud Based Uniform Management Software

Uniform inventory management company HID has rolled out new cloud-based software called InvoTech Cloud, which aims to help hospitality and healthcare facilities track and trace employee uniforms more easily.

The software gives laundry and housekeeping managers real-time visibility into inventory levels, usage patterns, and replacement needs, helping prevent overcharges and optimising costs.

InvoTech Cloud offers automated reporting capabilities, providing insights into uniform usage trends and automated workflows. This helps laundry and housekeeping managers identify areas for further optimisation.

“Traditionally, uniform management in hospitality and healthcare has been a labour-intensive and error-prone process,” explains HID’s Oswald Lares. “Laundry and housekeeping managers can now focus on their core duties while gaining valuable insights to optimise uniform purchases, prevent losses, and ultimately save their organisations significant time and money.”
