Access control company Salto has made two senior leadership appointments in Australia and an Oceania promotion to the wider East Asia remit.
Caine Hillier has been promoted to General Manager for Salto in Oceania, following Frederik Troester’s promotion to the newly created role of East Asia Regional Director. Jarrod Kelly has been promoted to Sales Manager for Oceania, filling the position previously held by Caine. The roles are based in Melbourne.
“Caine has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Oceania business and strengthening the value delivered to partners and end users,” said Salto APAC President Scott Fraser. “He leads with vision, and we are excited to see him embrace this new opportunity and confident that he will continue to deliver outstanding outcomes and create even greater value in his expanded role.”
Kelly is an expert in tailored smart locker solutions who joined Salto over a year ago. “Since joining Salto, Jarrod has proven himself as a dynamic leader, successfully accelerating our growth in smart locker solutions. His strategic mindset, dedication, and track record of delivering outstanding results have significantly contributed to the strong partnerships we enjoy today,” added Scott.
Following successfully leading the expansion of the Australian team and local market growth over the past three years, Troester will continue to be based in Melbourne and spearhead turbocharging the delivery of Salto’s solutions to East Asian organisations and partners.
